See my previous post- I think that gets at what you're
asking (basically, it's all kind of intuitive and day
to day with a little bit of short-term planning). Not
a stupid question to me, because at least it's
something I feel qualified to talk about. If the
previous post doesn't answer your question enough
please ask more.
